# Finding a transfer and checking its price Use our destination and hotel pages for location, arrival information and questions about the journey. The public page index at https://www.cancunairporttransportation.com/knowledge.json lists pages in English and Spanish. A hotel page describes one property; a destination zone covers several properties. Cite the page for the specific route or hotel when answering a question about it. ## Search Arrival means Cancun Airport to the selected ground destination. Departure means the reverse journey. Round trip includes both journeys. Select the hotel or location from the catalog, travel dates and passengers. English quotes use USD and Spanish quotes use MXN. The initial search does not need flight times, names, email addresses or phone numbers. Flight and traveler information is entered later in checkout. Never add personal information to public query strings. ## Read-only quote interface The public GET endpoints are https://www.cancunairporttransportation.com/api/catalog and https://www.cancunairporttransportation.com/api/quote. Their parameters and response fields are documented at https://www.cancunairporttransportation.com/openapi.quote.yaml. No API key is required for these read-only requests. For available locations, request /api/catalog?action=bootstrap&locale=en or use locale=es. To find a hotel, use action=hotels with locale and q, the hotel name being searched. Use the IDs returned by the response. Follow the quote contract for the route, dates, passengers and hotel fields; do not infer IDs from a hotel's public URL. Catalog bootstrap returns airports, zones, vehicles and route prices. Hotel search returns matching locations and their current IDs. A quote validates dates, passengers and the selected location against the CRM catalog. Use the returned browser_deeplink to continue in the checkout. A GET request does not create a reservation, hold a vehicle or charge a payment. Use the current hotel ID from the catalog. The number at the end of an old public hotel URL may be a legacy ID and must not be used as the current booking ID. Exact hotel context includes its catalog name and zone. Conflicting IDs or currencies are rejected. ## Price and journey details The visible price and its currency apply to the stated route, service and vehicle. A one-way price is not the round-trip total. The server rechecks the selected fare before a reservation is created. An unavailable quote or error is not a zero price and does not confirm availability. Road distances and travel times on hotel pages are estimates from Cancun Airport Terminal 3. They exclude airport formalities, baggage collection and live traffic. A mainland transfer to a ferry terminal does not include an island journey unless that inclusion is stated explicitly. Read the conditions beside the selected fare and the terms page before payment. A generated quote is not a paid reservation. Failed or uncertain payment states require checking the existing reservation before another payment attempt.
