Our Cancun to Tulum shuttle is private. We meet you at Cancun Airport and take you to the accommodation on your booking, without picking up other travelers or stopping at their hotels. The price is for your vehicle, so your family or friends travel together on one reservation.

Flying into Cancun Airport or Tulum Airport?
This service starts at Cancun International Airport (CUN). From there, we drive south along the Riviera Maya to Tulum. Tulum International Airport (TQO) is a separate airport, so a booking from Cancun Airport does not cover a pickup there.
If your ticket says TQO, contact us before booking. If you arrive at Cancun Airport but fly home from Tulum Airport, let us know so we can arrange the two journeys correctly.
Town, Aldea Zama and the beach hotel zone
The prices on this page are for Tulum town. Hotels along the Boca Paila beach road are in a different transfer zone and can take longer to reach. Choose your hotel by name to get its fare, including the drive to the beach if that is where you are staying.
We also arrange transfers to apartments in Aldea Zama and La Veleta. If your rental is not in the search results, send us its name, address and location. For a gated building, ask your host for the entry instructions and share them with us before you travel.
How long does the ride to Tulum take?
Tulum town is approximately 118 km from Cancun Airport. Allow about two hours to two hours and 20 minutes on the road. Traffic and the drive along the beach road can add time, particularly if your hotel is toward the southern end of the hotel zone.
That estimate starts when you leave the airport. Allow extra time to clear immigration, collect your luggage and meet us. We recommend leaving a gap between your flight arrival and any dinner reservation or activity in Tulum.
What is included in your transfer?
Every option here includes a private vehicle for your party and the transfer to the destination you book. Our private van has Economy and Premium fares. Premium adds a professional bilingual driver, priority boarding, discount coupons and a courtesy convenience-store stop on the way to your hotel.
Choose Premium if you would like to pick up water or snacks before reaching Tulum. You can compare each vehicle and its inclusions in the price table. Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the fare you book; read the terms before paying.
Visiting the ruins or a cenote?
Your airport transfer takes you to your accommodation. Visits to the Tulum ruins, cenotes and beach clubs are separate trips; admission tickets are not included. If you want a stop or a different drop-off, contact us before booking so we can confirm the route and price.
For the ruins or a cenote, we recommend checking in and leaving your luggage at the hotel first. You will have more time for the visit and will not need to plan it around baggage collection or a delayed flight.
Room for your group and your luggage
Choose a private van for a family or friends, a Chevrolet Suburban for our luxury service, or group transportation when you need more seats. Our Premium airport taxi is another option for a smaller party. The vehicle cards show passenger and luggage capacity together so you can check both before booking.
Count children in your passenger total. If you need a child seat, or are bringing a stroller, surfboard or mobility aid, tell us before you reserve so we can confirm the space and equipment. Child seats are subject to availability.
Your return from Tulum to Cancun Airport
Book a round trip and we will also pick you up at your hotel for the ride back to Cancun Airport. Use the hotel pickup time in your confirmation, not your flight departure time. Your return needs to allow for the road journey and your airline's check-in requirements.
