Travel from Cancun Airport to your accommodation in a passenger minibus reserved for your group. Put every adult and child in the search to check that the vehicle fits your party.
Compare the price for the whole vehicle, not individual tickets. If your party exceeds the available capacity, contact us to arrange the vehicles needed before booking.
Seats and luggage space belong in the same plan
A group trip can mean several large suitcases, strollers or sports bags. Check the passenger and luggage limits together, especially when every seat will be occupied.
Send us the number and type of oversized items before you book. For child seats or accessibility requirements, tell us what you need so we can review the arrangement with you.
Different flights need a coordinated pickup
For a group on one flight going to one hotel, select the accommodation and dates to compare fares. Name one contact who has the reservation reference and meeting instructions.
If people arrive on different flights or stay at several hotels, send us the itinerary first. We need to review each pickup, stop and vehicle before confirming the arrangement and price.
Weddings, family trips and the return to the airport
For a wedding or event, share the dates, hotels and passenger numbers for each trip. The airport-transfer price does not automatically include event journeys or additional hotel stops.
Choose Round trip when everyone shares the arrival and departure plan. If return flights differ, contact us to organize the pickups for each part of the group.
Choose the hotel, not just the area
Hotels in the same destination can have different entrances, branches or resort sections. Use the name on your accommodation confirmation when searching. For a private home or apartment, we need the complete address to arrange the correct pickup or drop-off.
If you are continuing to Cozumel, select the mainland ferry terminal for the road transfer. The ferry crossing is separate. If the location is not listed, contact us before choosing a different property.
Before you leave arrivals
Save the meeting instructions, reservation reference and our contact details on your phone before flying. After airport formalities and baggage collection, follow the instructions in your confirmation to meet our team.
If your flight changes, contact us with the new information and reservation reference. If you cannot find the meeting point, call or message us so we can help you locate it.
A seat for everyone and room for your bags
Count every adult and child when comparing vehicles. Check both passenger and luggage capacity in the quote: enough seats do not necessarily mean enough room for oversized bags, a stroller or sports equipment.
Tell us about those items or a child-seat request before confirming. We will review the arrangement with you. Child seats are subject to availability, and additional requirements can affect the vehicle or price.

How much does this airport transfer cost?
For Cancun Hotel Zone & Downtown, Small Group Transportation starts at $75 USD one way and $149 USD round trip per vehicle. Choose your exact hotel, dates and passenger count to confirm the total. Prices are per vehicle; check whether the selected fare covers one way or round trip and review its inclusions before booking.
Is the minibus reserved just for our group?
Yes. The vehicle is private for the people on your booking. Include everyone, including children, and check passenger and luggage capacity before choosing it.
What if we arrive on different flights?
Send us the flight details, passenger numbers and hotel list before booking. We will review the separate pickups and confirm the plan and price with you.
Can you arrange wedding or event transportation?
Contact us with the dates, pickup and drop-off locations and passenger count for each journey. Event trips, extra stops and multiple vehicles need a separate transport plan.
Does one group fare cover several hotel stops?
Do not assume additional stops are included. Share the hotel list before reserving so we can confirm the route and price for your group.
Where do I meet the driver?
Follow the meeting instructions in your reservation confirmation after collecting your luggage. Keep your booking reference and our contact details available if you need help finding the meeting point.
What happens if my flight changes?
Send us the updated flight details and your reservation reference so we can review your pickup. Changes and cancellations follow the conditions of the fare you booked.
Can you take me to an apartment or private home?
Search for the property by name. If it is not listed, contact us with its full address and access instructions before booking. Do not select another hotel as a substitute.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes, request it when booking and contact us to confirm the arrangement. Child seats are subject to availability. Include the child in your passenger total.
Can I bring oversized luggage?
Contact us before booking with the number and type of items. Check the luggage allowance for your vehicle; oversized suitcases, strollers and sports equipment may require another category.
