What is the minimum booking time?
The minimum is three hours. Send us your itinerary so we can review the time needed for driving and stops.
Where can I use hourly transportation?
We arrange itineraries in Cancun, including the Hotel Zone and downtown, as well as Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Share your exact stops so we can check the route and time required.
Can I request a luxury vehicle?
Yes. Ask our team about luxury transportation when you send your itinerary. The vehicle and availability must be confirmed in your quote.
Are admissions, parking and other expenses included?
Ask our team to specify what is included in your quote. Do not assume attraction tickets, meals, parking or other expenses are part of the transportation price.
What if I need more time?
Contact our team to ask about extending the service. Any extra time, charge and availability need to be confirmed; an extension is not automatic.
Should I book this or a hotel-to-hotel transfer?
For a direct ride from one hotel to another, ask for a hotel-to-hotel transfer. If your plans include several stops or waiting time, send us the itinerary for an hourly quote.
