Save your reservation and these instructions before flying. The meeting point for your transfer is in your confirmation.

Before you fly
Save your confirmation on your phone, including the reservation number, contact numbers and meeting instructions. Check the flight number and hotel name. If either has changed, let us know.

Collect your luggage
For an international arrival, complete immigration, collect your bags and go through customs. For a domestic arrival, collect your bags and follow the exit signs.

Go to your meeting point
Follow the instructions in your confirmation to find our representative outside the terminal. Look for the company name shown on your reservation. Do not leave with someone who cannot identify your booking.

Check your transfer
Have your reservation number ready. Confirm your hotel with our representative before boarding and keep your personal belongings with you.

Check your pickup before you leave the hotel.
Your reservation shows your hotel pickup time. Check the date, flight number and terminal; follow your airline’s check-in instructions when planning your departure.
If your flight or hotel changes, contact us before the scheduled pickup. Let us confirm any change to your route.

I cannot find my representative. What should I do?
Stay at the meeting point in your confirmation and call +52 (998) 980.0248. Tell us your reservation number, terminal and a nearby sign or exit number so we can help you meet our team.
My flight has changed. How do I update my transfer?
Open My reservation to check whether online changes are available. If your departure is close or the flight change affects your pickup, contact us with your new flight number and arrival date.
Where will you pick me up for the return?
Check the pickup location and time in your reservation. Be ready with your luggage at that location. Your hotel pickup time is different from your flight departure time.
Can I change my hotel in My reservation?
Contact our team to change your hotel or destination. A different route can change the price, so it needs to be checked before we confirm it.
What if my airline changes the terminal?
Let us know the terminal confirmed by your airline. Use the meeting instructions for your reservation; do not assume the meeting point is the same in every terminal.
