One plan for your group’s arrival
Keep your group together on the ride from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen. Tell us how many people are traveling and where you are staying. For different flights or several hotels, contact us to organize the pickups.
For a wedding, family holiday or meeting in Playa del Carmen, prepare the passenger list and arrival flights before arranging transport. Guests landing separately may need separate pickups. Send us the hotels and flight details so we can review the plan before anyone books the wrong journey.
Your whole group, one airport transfer
Travel from Cancun Airport to your accommodation in a passenger minibus reserved for your group. Put every adult and child in the search to check that the vehicle fits your party.
Compare the price for the whole vehicle, not individual tickets. If your party exceeds the available capacity, contact us to arrange the vehicles needed before booking.
Seats and luggage space belong in the same plan
A group trip can mean several large suitcases, strollers or sports bags. Check the passenger and luggage limits together, especially when every seat will be occupied.
Send us the number and type of oversized items before you book. For child seats or accessibility requirements, tell us what you need so we can review the arrangement with you.
Different flights need a coordinated pickup
For a group on one flight going to one hotel, select the accommodation and dates to compare fares. Name one contact who has the reservation reference and meeting instructions.
If people arrive on different flights or stay at several hotels, send us the itinerary first. We need to review each pickup, stop and vehicle before confirming the arrangement and price.
Weddings, family trips and the return to the airport
For a wedding or event, share the dates, hotels and passenger numbers for each trip. The airport-transfer price does not automatically include event journeys or additional hotel stops.
Choose Round trip when everyone shares the arrival and departure plan. If return flights differ, contact us to organize the pickups for each part of the group.
Downtown, Playacar and hotels beyond the center
A hotel near Fifth Avenue, a resort in Playacar and a property outside central Playa del Carmen need different drop-off arrangements. Search for the exact property instead of choosing a nearby hotel as a substitute. For a resort with several sections, check that the name matches your accommodation confirmation.
Staying in an apartment or private home? Send us the name and full address if you cannot find it in the search. We also serve hotels around Mayakoba and along the Riviera Maya. Choose your hotel by name so we can take you to the right entrance.
Allow time for the whole arrival
Central Playa del Carmen is roughly 55 km (34 miles) from Cancun Airport. Allow around an hour for the drive as a planning estimate; traffic and your hotel's location can change the journey. Immigration where applicable, baggage collection and meeting your transfer add time before the road journey begins.
Keep the pickup instructions and contact details from your reservation available on your phone. Use the instructions for your booked service when you leave arrivals. If your flight details change, contact us with your reservation reference so we can review the arrangements for your journey.
Arrange your return to Cancun Airport
Choose Round trip to organize both airport journeys. Add the arrival and return dates, confirm your accommodation and keep the return details with your reservation.
If you only need the ride to the airport, choose Departure and start with your hotel as the origin. Share the flight and pickup information requested during booking. If you change hotels during the holiday, contact us to check the correct departure location and any effect on your reservation.
