Airport meeting instructions →The current hotel name is Occidental Costa Cancun. The address remains on Boulevard Kukulcan at Playa Linda, in Cancun's Hotel Zone. It is not Occidental Tucancun, which has a different entrance farther along the coast.
Allow about 30 minutes of driving for the 23 km road route from Terminal 3, before accounting for traffic. Immigration and baggage collection happen before that journey. Your confirmation explains where to meet us at your arrival terminal.
The hotel is on the beach at Playa Linda and accepts family stays. Meals at the hotel and your airport transfer are separate bookings unless your accommodation package expressly includes transport.
Count every traveler when choosing your vehicle, including children. Check the luggage allowance beside each option; a stroller or several large suitcases can affect which vehicle you need.
Keep the current hotel name and its Playa Linda address on your phone. This is particularly useful when making separate plans around Cancun, since Occidental Tucancun belongs to the same hotel group but is another destination.
Choose Round trip to arrange both airport journeys. For departure, meet at the pickup point in your transport confirmation with your bags ready. Send us flight changes before your pickup.

The Hotel Zone follows a long coastal strip. Plan around your hotel's section of Boulevard Kukulcán instead of assuming every attraction is a short walk away.
Arrange your airport arrival →Combine the Museo Maya de Cancún with the adjoining archaeological site of San Miguelito for a cultural outing within the Hotel Zone. Check the INAH visitor page before leaving: museum and archaeological access have their own schedules.
You may be able to walk to a nearby restaurant. For a trip across the Hotel Zone, check the route and arrange your return transport. Use designated crossings and save your hotel name and entrance with its kilometer marker.
A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
