Airport meeting instructions →This is the family resort on Boulevard Kukulcan at km 18.5. Crown Paradise also has hotels in Puerto Vallarta; those are not destinations for this Cancun Airport transfer. Match the city and full hotel name on your accommodation confirmation.
The calculated road route from Terminal 3 is about 13 km and 20 minutes without live traffic. This is driving time, not the time from landing to your room. Allow separately for immigration, baggage collection and the airport meeting point.
Crown Paradise has family suites for five or seven guests. A room that fits everyone does not tell you whether one vehicle fits your luggage. Include all travelers in the search, then compare the passenger and suitcase capacities shown for each vehicle.
Water slides and kids’ clubs make this a family-focused stay. For the airport ride, tell us about strollers and any child-seat request before booking. Do not assume a seat is available simply because children are included in the passenger count.
After arrival, go to reception for your room and hotel access arrangements. If you land early, ask the hotel about access before check-in rather than planning around an assumed room time. Keep swimwear and essentials reachable if your checked luggage will stay with the bell desk.

You may be able to walk to a nearby restaurant. For a trip across the Hotel Zone, check the route and arrange your return transport. Use designated crossings and save your hotel name and entrance with its kilometer marker.
A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
