The calculated road route from Terminal 3 is about 16.2 km and 20 minutes without live traffic. Allow additional time to leave the airport after landing. On return, use the pickup time in your transfer confirmation rather than working backward only from the road estimate.
The hotel has the Fiesta Kids Club for children aged 4 to 12. The transfer needs the ages and passenger count requested during booking, not the hotel’s club admission rules. Include younger children too, and check luggage space if you bring a stroller.
The hotel lists check-in at 3 p.m. and check-out at noon. An early flight does not mean your room will be ready early. Ask the hotel about access and luggage storage if your arrival falls outside those times.

A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
