The hotel is in the Bahia Principe complex near Akumal, at highway km 250. The calculated route from Cancun Airport Terminal 3 is about 95.3 km and 1 hour 20 minutes without live traffic. It is not a drop-off in Tulum town.
Several Bahia Principe hotels share the surrounding complex. A confirmation for the Akumal or Coba property is not a confirmation for the Tulum property. Send us the full hotel name if your booking document only says Bahia Principe Riviera Maya.
This is a family resort with a children’s water park and kids’ club. Count every child when choosing a vehicle. For a longer airport ride, keep medicines and anything your children will need in your carry-on, and discuss child-seat requests with us before paying.
Hacienda Doña Isabel is part of the resort experience, with activities charged separately by the hotel. An outing to Tulum town is a different journey from your airport transfer. Tell us where you want to go and on which date if you need another ride.
