Gran Caribe Real is now Sunscape Cancun
The resort changed from Gran Caribe Real to Panama Jack Cancun, then Wyndham Alltra Cancun. Its current name is Sunscape Cancun Resort & Spa. The address is still kilometer 11.5 of Kukulcan Boulevard in Cancun's Hotel Zone.
In your transportation reservation it appears as Panama Jack Resorts Gran Caribe Cancun. It is this beachfront property, not a hotel in Playa del Carmen. Send us your accommodation confirmation if you need help checking the destination.
Arriving with your family
Hyatt describes Sunscape Cancun as a family all-inclusive resort. Your transportation reservation is separate from the room booking. Count everyone in your group when choosing a vehicle, and check its luggage capacity before paying. If you need a child seat, ask us to confirm availability.
Your pickup at Cancun Airport
After collecting your bags, follow the meeting instructions for your arrival terminal in your CAT confirmation. Keep your reservation number handy. If you cannot find the meeting point, call or message us before taking another ride.
Choose your fare before paying
The price table shows one-way and round-trip totals per vehicle. Private and Luxury services have Economy and Premium fares; open the fare details to compare the included benefits. Your transportation booking covers the passengers and route you confirm, not accommodation.
Book both journeys together
Select Round trip to arrange your airport arrival and return. Add your flight details during checkout and confirm the return pickup time. Finish checking out of your room before that time and wait at the agreed hotel entrance.
If your flight or hotel changes
Send us your reservation number and the new flight details so we can review the pickup. If you change accommodation, include the new hotel name and address. A different destination can change the route and fare.
