Airport meeting instructions →Paradisus Cancun is on Boulevard Kukulcan at km 16.5. Paradisus Playa del Carmen and Paradisus La Perla are separate hotels farther south. Your transfer destination should match the city and full hotel name on your room confirmation.
The calculated road trip from Terminal 3 is approximately 16.6 km and 20 minutes without live traffic. That is driving time, not the total time between landing and checking in. Allow time for immigration, luggage and meeting your airport representative.
Family Concierge and The Reserve are part of Paradisus Cancun. The Reserve has adults-only areas; the hotel also welcomes families. Your room category does not change the hotel destination in the booking box. Include every traveller in the vehicle passenger count.
Room check-in starts at 3 p.m. If your flight lands earlier, ask the hotel to store your luggage while the room is prepared. Use your flight’s arrival time for the airport pickup.
A room package and an airport transfer can have different inclusions. Review any transportation already confirmed through your hotel, then compare the CAT fares if you still need a ride. The totals here are for transportation, not a room at Paradisus.

The Hotel Zone follows a long coastal strip. Plan around your hotel's section of Boulevard Kukulcán instead of assuming every attraction is a short walk away.
Arrange your airport arrival →Combine the Museo Maya de Cancún with the adjoining archaeological site of San Miguelito for a cultural outing within the Hotel Zone. Check the INAH visitor page before leaving: museum and archaeological access have their own schedules.
You may be able to walk to a nearby restaurant. For a trip across the Hotel Zone, check the route and arrange your return transport. Use designated crossings and save your hotel name and entrance with its kilometer marker.
A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
