The calculated Terminal 3 road route is about 85.3 km and 1 hour 10 minutes without live traffic. The hotel describes the airport journey as approximately 90 minutes. Allow for traffic and time leaving the airport when planning your arrival; neither figure is a pickup promise.
Colonial has family facilities and children’s clubs. For the airport ride, count all adults and children and select enough luggage space. Ask us about a child-seat request before booking; the hotel’s family facilities do not determine the equipment in the vehicle.
Colonial guests have access to shared facilities with Kantenah under the hotel’s conditions. Do not assume that every service at Select White Sand or TRS is included. Spa hydrotherapy and certain shows have additional charges; check the hotel confirmation for your package.
Colonial is on the Riviera Maya highway, not in central Akumal or Playa del Carmen. Arrange a vehicle for outings outside the complex. Walking between facilities inside the resort is different from walking along the highway to another town.
For your return, use the Colonial meeting point stated in our confirmation and finish check-out beforehand. If the hotel assigns your room to another Palladium property, send us the new property name before travel so we can review the pickup.
