Airport meeting instructions →The hotel’s current name is Grand Palladium Select White Sand. Your older booking may omit Select or add Resort & Spa. It is the White Sand hotel in the Palladium Riviera Maya complex, not Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres north of Cancun.
Palladium gives approximately 90 minutes from Cancun Airport as a general reference. The resort is in the Kantenah area. Allow for traffic and access through the complex, and use your confirmed return pickup time rather than subtracting 90 minutes from the flight.
Colonial, Kantenah and TRS Yucatan are other properties within the surrounding complex. Access to shared facilities does not move your airport pickup automatically. Tell us which hotel appears on your room confirmation.
White Sand is a family resort, although some Romance accommodation categories are adults-only. The room category does not turn the whole hotel into an adults-only property. Count every passenger for transportation and check the vehicle’s luggage capacity.
