Airport meeting instructions →Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya is on the Akumal coast, south of Playa del Carmen. Its address is the Cancún–Tulum highway at km 256.3. We take you from the airport to the resort; you do not have to change vehicles in Playa del Carmen to complete the trip.
The calculated road route from Terminal 3 is approximately 88.3 km and 1 hour 15 minutes without live traffic. This is a longer journey than a transfer into Cancun’s Hotel Zone. Keep water and anything you need during the ride in your hand luggage.
Check that your accommodation confirmation says Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya. The brand also has a Punta Cana property in the Dominican Republic. This page books the Mexico airport route and already selects the Riviera Maya resort.
The resort has a children’s pool and lazy river. If you are travelling with children, include them in the passenger count and check the luggage allowance before choosing your vehicle. Let us know about a stroller or any oversized item so we can review the space with you.
