Airport meeting instructions →The hotel entrance is on Boulevard Kukulcán, at km 17. Our route from Cancun Airport continues into the southern Hotel Zone; you do not need to travel to Playa del Carmen. Give us your arriving flight details when you reserve so the airport pickup matches your flight.
The saved road route from Terminal 3 is approximately 14.6 km, with an estimated driving time of 20 minutes without live traffic. Immigration, baggage collection and airport pickup happen before that drive. Leave more time for your return journey than the driving estimate alone.
Keep the full hotel name from your room confirmation. Iberostar Selection Coral Cancún has its own booking entry, and the Paraíso resorts are on a different airport route. If your confirmation says Coral or Paraíso, change the hotel before paying so we arrange the correct destination.
Iberostar Selection Cancún welcomes families. Count every adult and child in your transfer and compare the passenger and luggage capacities shown for each vehicle. Tell us about a stroller, golf bag or other bulky item before booking if you are unsure it will fit.
Check-in starts at 3 pm and checkout is at noon. Book your airport pickup for your flight’s arrival. If you get to the hotel before your room is ready, ask reception about luggage storage.
Your CAT reservation covers the transportation you select here. If your room package mentions an airport transfer, check its confirmation before booking another ride. For a CAT round trip, enter both travel dates and your return flight details so the pickup from Iberostar can be arranged.

The Hotel Zone follows a long coastal strip. Plan around your hotel's section of Boulevard Kukulcán instead of assuming every attraction is a short walk away.
Arrange your airport arrival →Combine the Museo Maya de Cancún with the adjoining archaeological site of San Miguelito for a cultural outing within the Hotel Zone. Check the INAH visitor page before leaving: museum and archaeological access have their own schedules.
You may be able to walk to a nearby restaurant. For a trip across the Hotel Zone, check the route and arrange your return transport. Use designated crossings and save your hotel name and entrance with its kilometer marker.
A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
