The calculated Terminal 3 route is about 22.9 km and 30 minutes without live traffic. The ride ends at your hotel, not at a general Hotel Zone stop. Keep the meeting instructions ready after collecting your luggage.
The hotel places Cancun’s convention center and Coco Bongo about two minutes away on foot, with Plaza Caracol around five minutes away. For these short outings, you can leave the luggage at the hotel and walk through Punta Cancun.
Krystal has room-only, breakfast and all-inclusive plans. The resort receives couples, friends and families, with Kamp Krystal activities for children. Your airport vehicle reservation is separate from these accommodation plans.
Krystal’s official traveler notice says its Cancun beach hotel does not provide an airport shuttle. Reserve with us using our confirmed booking process. If someone contacts you claiming to include transportation with the room, verify the message with the hotel.

The Hotel Zone follows a long coastal strip. Plan around your hotel's section of Boulevard Kukulcán instead of assuming every attraction is a short walk away.

You may be able to walk to a nearby restaurant. For a trip across the Hotel Zone, check the route and arrange your return transport. Use designated crossings and save your hotel name and entrance with its kilometer marker.
A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
