Airport meeting instructions →Grand Oasis Sens became Now Emerald in 2019. The property reopened as Secrets Mirabel in November 2025. We use the current Secrets Mirabel name for your transfer, even if you found us through an older hotel name.
Secrets Mirabel is at Boulevard Kukulcan km 19.5, lote 50, at the southern end of Cancun's Hotel Zone. Select Secrets Mirabel rather than another Secrets property. Send us your accommodation confirmation if the hotel name on it differs from the destination in your transfer.
After collecting your bags, follow the CAT meeting instructions for your arrival terminal. Your private vehicle takes your party to the hotel. Keep the terminal meeting point and our contact number on your phone so you can reach us if you need help finding your transfer.
Preferred Club is a hotel room category. Our Economy and Premium fares apply to your ground transportation. Compare the transfer inclusions when choosing your vehicle; a room upgrade does not select or pay for a CAT transfer.
Check both passenger and luggage capacity before selecting a car, van or Suburban. Let us know about large equipment or extra suitcases before paying so we can review the space. This is an adults-only hotel; check your accommodation reservation if your traveling party includes children.
Choose Round trip to arrange both journeys, or Departure if you only need the hotel pickup. Enter your departure-flight details during checkout and keep the pickup time on your confirmation. Be ready at the agreed hotel meeting point with your bags before the vehicle arrives.

The Hotel Zone follows a long coastal strip. Plan around your hotel's section of Boulevard Kukulcán instead of assuming every attraction is a short walk away.
Arrange your airport arrival →Combine the Museo Maya de Cancún with the adjoining archaeological site of San Miguelito for a cultural outing within the Hotel Zone. Check the INAH visitor page before leaving: museum and archaeological access have their own schedules.
You may be able to walk to a nearby restaurant. For a trip across the Hotel Zone, check the route and arrange your return transport. Use designated crossings and save your hotel name and entrance with its kilometer marker.
A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
