Airport meeting instructions →ÓLEO Cancun Playa is on Boulevard Kukulcan near km 19.5. The calculated road route from Cancun Airport Terminal 3 is about 11.8 km and 15 minutes without live traffic. Time inside the airport comes before that drive.
The hotel changed management. ATELIER de Hoteles announced that it stopped operating ÓLEO on June 1; the current hotel has a separate website. Use the terms on your current accommodation confirmation rather than assuming an older promotion or loyalty benefit still applies.
Private condo rentals also exist in this complex. If you booked a privately managed apartment, send us the unit name, address and arrival instructions so we can check the destination. A condo host’s check-in procedure may differ from the hotel reception.
The current hotel describes an all-inclusive stay with restaurants, a beachfront pool and spa services. Check which services your room package includes, particularly spa treatments. Airport transportation booked with us has its own reservation and total.
Include all passengers in the search and compare luggage capacity before choosing your vehicle. For families with a stroller or a child-seat request, contact us before booking so we can review the space and equipment needed.
For a round trip, provide your departure flight details and follow the pickup point in our confirmation. Hotel guests and privately hosted condo guests should both be ready with their luggage at the agreed vehicle access, after finishing their accommodation check-out.

The Hotel Zone follows a long coastal strip. Plan around your hotel's section of Boulevard Kukulcán instead of assuming every attraction is a short walk away.
Arrange your airport arrival →Combine the Museo Maya de Cancún with the adjoining archaeological site of San Miguelito for a cultural outing within the Hotel Zone. Check the INAH visitor page before leaving: museum and archaeological access have their own schedules.
You may be able to walk to a nearby restaurant. For a trip across the Hotel Zone, check the route and arrange your return transport. Use designated crossings and save your hotel name and entrance with its kilometer marker.
A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
