The calculated road route from Cancun Airport Terminal 3 is approximately 12.3 km and 15 minutes without live traffic. Collecting luggage and completing immigration take extra time. We use the flight information you provide to arrange the airport pickup.
The resort has a Kids Club and a mini water park. Include every child in your transportation passenger count, even if the hotel lets them share a room at no extra charge. Check the vehicle’s capacity for your luggage as well as your family.
Royal Solaris has a private marina for non-motorized water sports. For an airport arrival, select the hotel itself as your destination. If you need a separate marina or another pickup location during your trip, contact us with its name and address.

The Hotel Zone follows a long coastal strip. Plan around your hotel's section of Boulevard Kukulcán instead of assuming every attraction is a short walk away.

You may be able to walk to a nearby restaurant. For a trip across the Hotel Zone, check the route and arrange your return transport. Use designated crossings and save your hotel name and entrance with its kilometer marker.
A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
