The calculated Terminal 3 journey is about 15.7 km and 20 minutes without live traffic. Your driver reaches the complex from Boulevard Kukulcan. Have the room confirmation ready so the resort can direct you to the appropriate check-in area.
The hotel has both family facilities and adults’ areas. Do not treat The Pyramid as an entirely adults-only hotel. Include children in the passenger total, and review vehicle and suitcase capacity before booking.
The Pyramid’s all-inclusive categories include different resort benefits. Restaurants such as Benazuza have their own access conditions, so check the details of your hotel package. A transport fare does not add hotel privileges or upgrade a room reservation.
Oasis advertises airport transportation for qualifying bookings made through its website or contact center, with restrictions. Check whether you already have a confirmed ride. If you need private transportation separately, you can reserve it here for your group.

You may be able to walk to a nearby restaurant. For a trip across the Hotel Zone, check the route and arrange your return transport. Use designated crossings and save your hotel name and entrance with its kilometer marker.
A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
