Beach and pools at the resort
The property has direct beach access and two pools. Check the beach conditions before entering the water, even on the sheltered northern shore. Keep the airport ride separate from any water-activity reservation.
Meals at La Palapa and La Trattoria
La Palapa is the beachfront restaurant; La Trattoria serves Italian dishes. Review your hotel plan and any reservation requirement with reception. A transport booking does not include restaurant charges or room service.

A sunny day does not guarantee safe swimming. Cancun's Civil Protection advises following lifeguards and beach flags; red means do not enter the water. Choose supervised swimming areas and keep children within reach.
