Airport meeting instructions →Dreams Playa Mujeres is inside a gated resort community on the mainland. You reach it by road through northern Cancun. There is no ferry on this airport journey, and Playa del Carmen is a different destination much farther south.
The calculated road route from Cancun Airport Terminal 3 is about 31.3 km and 40 minutes without live traffic. Time spent collecting luggage and leaving the terminal is separate. Our confirmation explains where to meet after you exit.
The resort has a water park and an Explorer’s Club for children ages 3 to 12. Include every child in the transfer passenger count and check luggage capacity before choosing a vehicle. If you need a child seat, contact us to check the request before booking.
If your room reservation says Preferred Club at Dreams Playa Mujeres, choose Dreams Playa Mujeres for the transfer. Keep the room confirmation handy for registration at the resort. A booking at Secrets Playa Mujeres is a different hotel booking and needs its own destination.
This is a resort community rather than central Cancun. Arrange transportation for trips outside the development, including a visit to town or a ferry departure point. The resort’s golf course and activities have their own reservation conditions; ask the hotel about access and charges.
Choose Round trip to include the ride back. Give us the departure flight details when completing your reservation, then follow the pickup time and meeting point on the transfer confirmation. Finish hotel check-out before that time so your party is ready with its luggage.

Playa Mujeres is on the mainland. Its resort setting works well for beach days, while a trip into Cancun or across to Isla Mujeres needs its own transport plan.

Entrances to neighboring resorts are not interchangeable. Save your property's full name and map pin. For dinner outside the resort, check the return pickup point before you go.
Playa Mujeres and Isla Mujeres are not the same destination. Confirm your departure terminal and sailing with the ferry operator; leave margin for the road journey and boarding.
