Airport meeting instructions →The resort is north of Cancun, inside the Playa Mujeres community. The island of Isla Mujeres is offshore, but your airport transfer stays on the mainland and ends at the hotel.
Keep your room confirmation handy for the resort entrance. Your destination is Excellence Playa Mujeres, not the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal.
Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres is a separate property. Excellence Riviera Cancun is another resort in the Riviera Maya. If your room confirmation names either one, change the destination before choosing your fare.
Our route estimate from Terminal 3 is 27.9 km, with a reference driving time of about 40 minutes. This is a road estimate without live traffic; baggage collection and airport formalities take additional time.
For your return, use the pickup time on your transfer confirmation. Do not work back from your flight time using the road estimate alone.
The resort accepts guests aged 18 and over. For a couple, compare the Airport Taxi and Luxury options; for a larger party, check the passenger and luggage capacity shown for each vehicle.

Playa Mujeres is on the mainland. Its resort setting works well for beach days, while a trip into Cancun or across to Isla Mujeres needs its own transport plan.
Arrange your airport arrival →Golf and coastal activities are options in the area; ask the venue about bookings and access. El Meco, on the road between Puerto Juárez and Punta Sam, is a separate cultural outing rather than a stop included in your airport transfer.
Entrances to neighboring resorts are not interchangeable. Save your property's full name and map pin. For dinner outside the resort, check the return pickup point before you go.
Playa Mujeres and Isla Mujeres are not the same destination. Confirm your departure terminal and sailing with the ferry operator; leave margin for the road journey and boarding.
