An early flight does not have to mean waiting in the lobby
Check-in is at 3 p.m.; checkout is at noon. The hotel describes an early-arrival wristband that lets guests use facilities before their room is ready, with luggage storage available. Make your dinner reservation when you arrive
Breakfast and lunch are first come, first served. Dinner requires a reservation. Pizzeto has brick-oven pizza, Toro is the grill restaurant and The Market is the international buffet. The hotel also lists Ciao and 24-hour room service.
The Turn It Up menu has dishes and drinks with an additional charge. For dinner at Ciao or Toro, change out of wet beachwear and flip-flops. These are the current dining rules and restaurant options.
A museum visit without leaving the Hotel Zone
Museo Maya de Cancún is at km 16.5, farther south along Boulevard Kukulcán. Its galleries and the adjoining San Miguelito archaeological site make a manageable outing when you want a break from the pool. The museum opens Tuesday through Sunday, so keep Monday for another plan. INAH visitor information.
