A ticket arriving at CUN lands at Cancun Airport. A ticket arriving at TQO lands at Tulum Airport. The official Tulum airport information identifies that separate airport. A Cancun transfer reservation is for CUN; tell us if your airline changes your arrival airport.

Choose the part of the coast you want to stay in

Cancun’s Hotel Zone suits a stay on the beach peninsula. Playa del Carmen has hotels near Quinta Avenida, where shops and restaurants are close enough to combine on foot, as well as resorts outside the center. These are separate airport routes: Cancun Hotel Zone and Playa del Carmen.

Tulum has a town center and a coastal hotel area. A room in town is not a beachfront room, even if both listings say Tulum. Place the hotel on a map before booking your stay, then use our Tulum transfer page for your airport journey.

Continue from the airport in a vehicle reserved for you

Leave some room between landing and a prepaid activity. You still need to complete airport formalities, collect your bags and reach the hotel. For the return, choose Round trip and enter the date of your flight home.
