CUN and TQO are different airports
CUN is Cancun International Airport. TQO is Tulum International Airport. This guide and our Cancun-to-Tulum transfer page cover a journey starting at CUN. If your ticket says TQO, contact us about that airport instead of booking a Cancun pickup. Official Tulum airport information.
Staying in town or by the beach?
Tulum has a town center, an archaeological area and a coastal hotel area. A hotel described as being in Tulum may be inland. Locate the property before planning to walk from your room to the beach. Tulum visitor guide.
For your airport arrival, select the exact hotel or apartment building. If the address is not in the search, send it to us. Do not choose a nearby hotel as a substitute, because that would create a reservation for the wrong drop-off.

Make the road journey part of the reservation
Your CAT vehicle is private for the people on your booking. Choose a private van for the family or luxury transportation in a Chevrolet Suburban. The quote shows the route total and the capacity of the vehicle.
Premium fares include a courtesy convenience-store stop. That can be useful if you want drinks or supplies before reaching a coastal hotel. For a larger party, compare group transportation.
Plan beach and town outings from your actual hotel
The archaeological site, the town and beach hotels are separate stops. Start with the area where you are staying when choosing a restaurant or activity. A beach afternoon from a coastal hotel involves a different journey from the same plan starting in town.
For a hotel-to-attraction outing, send us the place and date to review the transport. The airport reservation covers the airport route, not the separate trips during your stay.
Returning from Tulum to Cancun Airport
Choose Round trip to book the return from your hotel. Use your flight details to arrange the departure pickup. If the airline changes your flight or you move to another hotel, send us the update with your reservation reference before the journey.
