The calculated route from Terminal 3 is approximately 49.2 km and 45 minutes without live traffic. This is a road journey to the resort north of Playa del Carmen. Immigration and collecting your bags take extra time.
The address includes Calle Quinta Avenida, but this resort is outside the central pedestrian shopping area. The hotel puts downtown Playa del Carmen about 10 km away. Plan a separate ride for an evening downtown rather than treating the hotel address as a walkable Fifth Avenue location.
Platinum Deluxe is a room category within the hotel, with benefits such as private check-in. It does not change the airport destination to another Princess property. Hotel room benefits and CAT transportation fares are separate purchases.
The hotel’s minimum age is 18. Include everyone in your party in the transportation count and check luggage capacity before selecting a vehicle. Tell us before booking if members of the party need to be dropped at another hotel.
Choose round trip to reserve the return to Cancun Airport. Provide the departure flight details and keep your pickup confirmation available. A change to Grand Riviera, Grand Sunset or another hotel needs to be reported before the return.

Once you have checked in, keep the first outing simple. Downtown Playa is a different experience from the coastal resorts: where you stay determines whether an evening stroll starts at your door or after a drive.

You do not need a taxi for every few blocks. Choose a manageable stretch for your group, wear comfortable shoes and take water; the heat can make a short walk feel longer.
Playacar, Mayakoba and resorts north of town do not all sit beside the pedestrian avenue. Check your hotel's actual entrance before deciding to walk into town. For an evening out, agree on a pickup point on a vehicle-accessible street and save its location before you leave.
The beach and the passenger ferry are different plans. A Cozumel crossing needs its own ticket and a return plan; an airport transfer is not a ferry ticket. For local questions, the municipality lists a tourist-information point at Parque Fundadores. Keep your belongings close in busy areas and check the beach flags before swimming.
