After landing at Cancun Airport, complete the arrival formalities and collect your luggage. Open the meeting instructions in your CAT confirmation and follow the directions for your arrival terminal. Keep your reservation reference and our phone number with you.
The vehicle takes your party to Private Condo. If you cannot find the meeting point, contact us using your reservation details before accepting another ride.
Space for your passengers and luggage
Compare passenger and luggage capacity before choosing your vehicle. Include children in the passenger count. Tell us about a stroller, oversized luggage or mobility equipment before confirming; those items need space beyond an ordinary suitcase.

Book the return from Private Condo
Round trip lets you book the airport arrival and hotel pickup together. Choose both dates and provide your flight information during checkout. Keep the agreed return pickup time and meeting point in your confirmation.
If you change hotels, send us the new pickup address and reservation reference. We will review the route and any price difference before changing your return.
Leave time between landing and your plans
The road journey starts after you have left the terminal and met your transfer. Allow time for baggage collection and arrival procedures before making a restaurant reservation or booking an activity on arrival day. Traffic and your terminal affect the drive.
Flight changes and special requests
Send us your booking reference and the updated flight details if your itinerary changes. Check the cancellation and change conditions for the fare you choose before paying. If you need a child seat, ask us to confirm availability; it is not automatically reserved with the passenger count.

An afternoon in Playa, without another taxi
Once you have checked in, keep the first outing simple. Downtown Playa is a different experience from the coastal resorts: where you stay determines whether an evening stroll starts at your door or after a drive.

If you are already on central Quinta Avenida, you can walk toward Parque Fundadores, browse the shops and stop for dinner along the way. You do not need a taxi for every few blocks. Choose a manageable stretch for your group, wear comfortable shoes and take water; the heat can make a short walk feel longer.
Downtown is not the whole destination
Playacar, Mayakoba and resorts north of town do not all sit beside the pedestrian avenue. Check your hotel's actual entrance before deciding to walk into town. For an evening out, agree on a pickup point on a vehicle-accessible street and save its location before you leave.
Beach, ferry or a day out?
The beach and the passenger ferry are different plans. A Cozumel crossing needs its own ticket and a return plan; an airport transfer is not a ferry ticket. For local questions, the municipality lists a tourist-information point at Parque Fundadores. Keep your belongings close in busy areas and check the beach flags before swimming.

Are child seats included automatically?
