Airport meeting instructions →Although the hotel’s name includes Riviera Cancun, Secrets Maroma is south of Cancun Airport on the Riviera Maya coast. Its address is on the Chetumal–Puerto Juárez highway at km 306.5. Your pickup is at the airport and your destination is the resort, not downtown Cancun.
Our saved road route from Terminal 3 is approximately 39.4 km and 40 minutes without live traffic. The estimate is for the drive to the resort’s mapped road access. It does not include immigration, baggage collection or the time needed to meet your airport representative.
Several hotels use Maroma in their name. Check that your confirmation says Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun. Maroma by Belmond and El Dorado Maroma are different properties, and Secrets Akumal is farther south. Keeping the full name on your transfer helps us arrange the right arrival.
Secrets Maroma is adults-only. For your airport ride, choose the vehicle size from the number of people actually arriving together and the luggage they bring. If your friends arrive on a different flight, contact us to arrange the pickups before putting everyone on one transfer.
Preferred Club suites are inside Secrets Maroma; they do not require a different airport destination. Enter the resort name when booking. Your hotel room benefits and your CAT transportation fare are separate, so compare the inclusions shown for the vehicle before choosing.
Reserve both legs together by selecting round trip. We need the return flight details to arrange your pickup at the resort. If you change hotels during your stay, tell us before the return date; the pickup location and fare need to match the new route.

Once you have checked in, keep the first outing simple. Downtown Playa is a different experience from the coastal resorts: where you stay determines whether an evening stroll starts at your door or after a drive.
Arrange your airport arrival →If you are already on central Quinta Avenida, you can walk toward Parque Fundadores, browse the shops and stop for dinner along the way. You do not need a taxi for every few blocks. Choose a manageable stretch for your group, wear comfortable shoes and take water; the heat can make a short walk feel longer.
Playacar, Mayakoba and resorts north of town do not all sit beside the pedestrian avenue. Check your hotel's actual entrance before deciding to walk into town. For an evening out, agree on a pickup point on a vehicle-accessible street and save its location before you leave.
The beach and the passenger ferry are different plans. A Cozumel crossing needs its own ticket and a return plan; an airport transfer is not a ferry ticket. For local questions, the municipality lists a tourist-information point at Parque Fundadores. Keep your belongings close in busy areas and check the beach flags before swimming.
