The arrival address is Avenida 10 and Calle 2. The beach is a short walk away rather than part of the hotel's grounds. Leave your luggage at reception before exploring Fifth Avenue.
The hotel has a rooftop infinity pool with sea views. It gives you somewhere to spend time at the property while staying in the city. A rooftop view is not the same as a beachfront room.
There are restaurants and a spa at the hotel. Check reservations and charges for any treatment or meal you plan around your arrival. The airport fare on this page only covers the selected transportation service.
Hilton places the ferry terminal about half a kilometer away. Once checked in, you can plan a separate day on Cozumel. A direct airport-to-ferry trip should use the ferry terminal as its destination, not this hotel.
Hotel check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout at noon. If your flight falls outside those hours, ask reception about luggage storage. For the return airport ride, use the agreed hotel pickup point and your actual departure flight.

Once you have checked in, keep the first outing simple. Downtown Playa is a different experience from the coastal resorts: where you stay determines whether an evening stroll starts at your door or after a drive.

You do not need a taxi for every few blocks. Choose a manageable stretch for your group, wear comfortable shoes and take water; the heat can make a short walk feel longer.
Playacar, Mayakoba and resorts north of town do not all sit beside the pedestrian avenue. Check your hotel's actual entrance before deciding to walk into town. For an evening out, agree on a pickup point on a vehicle-accessible street and save its location before you leave.
The beach and the passenger ferry are different plans. A Cozumel crossing needs its own ticket and a return plan; an airport transfer is not a ferry ticket. For local questions, the municipality lists a tourist-information point at Parque Fundadores. Keep your belongings close in busy areas and check the beach flags before swimming.
