Fifth Avenue is a walk, not a driving route
Quinta Avenida runs parallel to the beach, with shops and restaurants along the way. If you are already in the central pedestrian area, walk a comfortable stretch instead of arranging a car for a few blocks. Agree on a nearby vehicle-accessible street if you need a ride afterward.
Downtown, Playacar and the northern resorts
A downtown hotel and a resort along the highway need different plans for a night out. Before deciding to walk, look up the hotel entrance, not just its beach location. Ask reception which access to use when returning.
A beach afternoon and a Cozumel crossing are separate plans
Keep a beach outing flexible and follow the signs and lifeguard instructions where you swim. For a ferry trip, check your departure terminal, the return sailing and the ticket conditions before leaving the hotel. Our airport transfer does not include the crossing.

Do I need a taxi to explore Fifth Avenue?
Not for a short outing within the central pedestrian area. You may need transport to reach it from a resort outside downtown.
Is the airport transfer price also a ferry ticket?
No. A road transfer and a ferry crossing are separate services. Check the ferry ticket and sailing details with the operator.
